These terms apply to the Perkr website, interest registrations, participant portals and local deals pilot. By registering or using a pilot account, you agree to use Perkr honestly and follow each published offer’s conditions.
Pilot scope
Perkr is recruiting participants for a limited local pilot across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and nearby surrounding communities where appropriate. The service, coverage, features and timing may change as the pilot develops.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be able to lawfully participate in the relevant driver or business activity and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit information for someone else without authority.
Interest registration and pilot access
Registering interest is free but does not create a live Perkr account, guarantee immediate access or guarantee selection. Perkr may send invitations in stages and will make pilot access decisions separately.
Acceptable use
Do not submit fraudulent, misleading, abusive or automated registrations; interfere with the website; misuse secure links; impersonate another person or business; or use Perkr in a way that could harm participants. We may remove duplicate, fraudulent or abusive entries.
Business offers
A business controls any offer it proposes, including availability and reasonable redemption conditions. A proposed offer is not published until the business confirms it. Businesses are responsible for making offer information accurate, honouring a valid offer on its published conditions, and complying with applicable consumer and business obligations.
Offer review
Perkr reviews submitted offers before drivers can see them. Perkr may reject or pause offers that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful or unclear. Tobacco, vaping, alcohol-specific, gambling, weapon, adult, credit, cryptocurrency, prescription-medicine and cash-equivalent offers cannot take part in the pilot.
Redemptions and availability
A driver must scan the location QR or enter its printed code, choose an eligible deal and confirm it in front of staff. Deal dates, schedules, per-driver limits and overall caps apply at confirmation time. A saved deal does not reserve stock. Staff should check the live receipt and its 60-second validity state. Offers may expire, reach a cap, pause or end.
Participant disputes
Drivers and businesses should first try to resolve concerns about a transaction or service directly. Perkr may assist with pilot feedback or review misuse, but is not the seller of a participating business’s goods or services and does not determine every dispute between participants.
Service changes
The website or pilot may be interrupted, modified, delayed or cancelled. We will try to communicate material changes reasonably, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
The Perkr name, logo, website design and original content belong to Perkr or its licensors. You may use the website for its intended pilot purpose, but may not copy, sell or misrepresent Perkr materials without permission.
Suspension and removal
We may pause access, invalidate a secure link, or remove a registration where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, pilot capacity, legal obligations or a serious breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. To the extent permitted by law, Perkr is not responsible for indirect loss or for a participant’s independent goods, services, conduct or offer decisions. Any responsibility will be assessed in light of the pilot nature of the service and the circumstances.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the pilot changes and will update the date shown here. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
