Yes. Pilot registration is free for drivers and businesses, with no listing fee for businesses during the pilot.

No. A driver scans the location QR, signs in, chooses an eligible deal and shows staff a live 60-second receipt. A printed manual code provides the same secure path when camera scanning fails.
No. Participating businesses see aggregate views, saves and redemptions. Perkr does not show them driver names, emails, platforms or individual histories.
A launch date has not been set. People who register interest will receive timing and invitation updates by email.
